AERATION

From the optional pretreatment tank, wastewater flows into the aeration zone where our AK Fine Air Bubble Diffuser injects millions of oxygen bubbles into the waste stream

The diffused air from our above ground Dual Outlet Compressor vigorously aerates the sewage, creating a powerful microbic mass that naturally processes & breaks down organic materials

CLARIFICATION

After about 24 hours in the aeration zone, the mixture flows into the clarifier where quiescent conditions enable separation of the micro-organisms & heavier matter returns to the aeration zone

RECIRCULATION

AquaKlear's patented AK Skimmer creates a powerful vortex that automatically cleans the surface of the clarifier, returning any floating solids back to the aeration zone (or pretreatment tank for Nitrogen reduction)

This ingenious air lift pump activates several times each day as programmed by our above ground Dual Outlet Compressor – all with NO INTERNAL MOVING PARTS

DISPERSAL

AquaKlear's clean recycled water is ready for discharge to any approved method of dispersal, including site irrigation
