STEEL REINFORCED

Each AquaKlear tank is reinforced with over 1,100 feet of steel re-bar to ensure a quality and watertight tank every time

MADE UPSIDE DOWN

The AquaKlear steel precast form is designed so the tanks are made upside down - this ensures the best concrete finish for the tank walls and bottom

after a short cure time, the AquaKlear tank is ready to be removed from the form

ROTATED UPRIGHT

After a short cure time, the AquaKlear concrete components are ready to be removed from the forms - then the tank is carefully rotated on a bed of sand until it's in the upright position

TESTED & ASSEMBLED

Once the tank completes rotation, the tank is watertight tested then the interior plumbing is assembled and the tank lid is secured in place
